2026-2027 Preston Meadow Annual HOA Meeting
Saturday, May 30th to Sunday, June 14th
We invite all homeowners to attend the upcoming Preston Meadow Annual HOA Meeting. This meeting is an important opportunity to stay informed, discuss community updates, hear about future plans, and connect with fellow neighbors and board members.
Your involvement and participation are essential to keeping Preston Meadow a strong, welcoming, and thriving community. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to your participation in both the board election and the annual meeting.
Residents are warmly invited to attend our Annual Preston Meadow HOA Meeting on:
Date: Saturday, June 13, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM
Location: Haggard Library, 2501 Coit Road. – Genealogy Room
During the meeting, we will announce the election results and hopefully have most of the newly elected board members attending. We will also review and seek approval of the 2026 HOA budget and summer social events.
This is an important opportunity to stay informed, participate in community decisions, and hear updates about the future of our neighborhood. We encourage all homeowners to attend.

Preston Meadow HOA 2026-2027 Board Election

Voting is now open for the Preston Meadow HOA 2026–2027 Board Election. Your vote plays a vital role in shaping the future of our neighborhood and ensuring strong leadership for our community. We encourage every homeowner to participate and make their voice heard.
Vote online by 6:00 PM on Friday, June 12, 2026. There are 7 candidates for 5–7 board positions. One vote per household is allowed. A 15% quorum is needed for the election to be valid, so your vote is important. Click the link and log in to vote and begin the questionnaire 2026-2027 HOA Board Election Ballot.
Paper ballots/proxies are also available to print if you prefer not to vote online Paper Ballot/bios.
